Koenigsegg Key

We were approached by our client requesting a custom key case for the Koenigsegg Agera's spare key. Our solution incorporates the original Fob and spare manual key into one sleek body matching the cars colour scheme. Pushing the ghost button unlocks the car, with the manual key accessible at the top of the case if needed.

Carbon fibre ITB Runners

Using our extensive knowledge in composite tooling and DFM we are able to manufacture these components for our client as a single part using a five part mould tool. These complex components are made with all holes pre doweled and the brass fittings bonded in during the initial cure. once demoulded they need a quick de-flash and they are ready to install, no complex or time consuming drilling, bonding or trimming needed.

Lamborghini Huracan Dash fixture

Our customers requirement was for a secure phone mount, cup holder and key storage. Concept designs were drawn and the interior of the vehicle 3D scanned to make sure the fit was perfect. The result is a strong and functional component that blends seamlessly with the cars interior. Available in standard Twill finish or Forged carbon to suit the cars interior trim.
