As a specialist in high-performance composite manufacturing, we have recently consulted on a major production scale-up for one of the world’s leading medical device manufacturers.

Faced with rising demand and complex manufacturing requirements, the client instructed Dark Art Composites to transition a critical composite part from a third-party manufacturer to an optimized, scalable inhouse solution. By re-engineering the manufacturing workflow and leveraging intuitive production methods aimed at streamlining the build process we were able to offer a viable in house solution for mass production.
